Co-founder of firm DeVeaux Brault & Associés in 1990, he manages services involving taxation and tax credit returns for research and development, as well as managing the diverse services related to Sound Management.

Involved in taxation and research and development since 1985, Mr. Brault has realized numerous mandates involving screening, claims, negotiation and tax credit recovery, relative to research and development.

Mr. Brault is responsible for writing the Generally Accepted Sound Management Principles (GASMP) published in the Guide to Sound Management by the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec. He is accredited by the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec to conduct Sound Management Audits®. He is the author of the following textbooks: Exercer la Saine Gestion and Le cadre de Saine Gestion, un modèle de gouvernance intégré. He has also published numerous articles and he has held many training seminars on the topic of Sound Management.

Mr. Auger has more than 20 years of experience in the area of both operational and strategic financial management. He began working as a management consultant along side of one of the most important firms of its kind in Canada. His mandates focused generally on the revision and development of business processes, buying and selling companies, as well as the development of business plans. Shortly after, he participated as Financial Vice-President within the sectors of manufacturing and insurance, although his challenges focused mainly on finance, company transactions and the rationalization of operations with an enhanced support of information technology.

Mr. Auger joined the DeVeaux Brault & Associés Inc. firm in 1994, where his main tasks lie in consulting the heads of companies, working principally in the industry of information and multi-media technology.
